Dr. Jenny DiNizio

PT, DPT, CF-L1

Dr. Jenny DiNizio, PT, DPT, CF-L1 received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Towson University. She then continued her education at Rutgers University-School of Health Related Professions to attain her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Following graduation, Jenny began working in an outpatient orthopedic setting where she utilized land and aquatic based rehabilitation to treat patients with a vast array of diagnoses from ages 6-96 years old.

Jenny was a dedicated gymnast for 12 years, competing in USAG Level 8/9 and USAIGC JOGA A teams. She was first introduced to physical therapy through ankle sprains and later surgery and knew she wanted to help athletes return to their sport just as she did. In 2017, Jenny began CrossFit and immediately fell in love with the sport. She is a member of Everlasting Fitness (our TrueSports, Abingdon location) and competes in local competitions throughout the year. She also has earned her CrossFit Level 1-Trainer certificate to better assist athletes.

Jenny’s treatment philosophy involves treating the individual as a whole and using a fitness forward approach to care: movement is medicine. She believes in the power of 1 on 1 focused treatment to help you return to sport or a more active and healthy lifestyle.
